Payment
All items should be paid for within 48 hours of purchase or the order will be cancelled and the item will be re-listed.
I also reserve the right to refund the sale and change dispatch times up to 24 hours after payment. This covers the infrequently occasion where an item may sell externally (for example at a craft fair) or a particular fabric or yarn is out of stock.
Shipping
UK ORDERS
UK orders are sent using 2nd Class Signed For.
Larger orders (over 2 kgs) may be sent via courier. I will always send using the most economical option.
LOCAL ORDERS
Local pick up is always an option. REW is based in Nottinghamshire (NG13). Please contact prior to purchase and I will send a coupon code for check out.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are sent International Standard Air Mail, which is untracked to keep postage costs to a minimum. REW is not responsible if your parcel is missing in the post. If worried, tracked parcels are available on request.
CUSTOMS
Please note that it is possible your purchase maybe incur custom charges if requested to be sent internationally outside the EU. REW is not liable for any custom charges that the customer may incur for any purchase. Custom charges are to be paid by the customer. REW is not responsible for any time that items held at custom depots.
OTHER
Please ensure all shipping address are correct when completing the purchase. REW is not responsible for any address mistakes made by the customer.
LOST MAIL
If any purchase is lost during shipping, REW will need time to investigate and claim compensation. After investigation either a refund or replacement will be sent to the customer if there is no customer fault.
Please note parcels can sometimes get held at customs. I will not investigate until 45 days from postage date.

This is industry standard with cushions & cushion covers. Please contact if requirements are different.
